Whether you have been around the game for years and want an excuse to get out of the house, or an inexperienced player looking to learn the basics, while mixing some fun and fitness into your weekly routine, come join us for a run around on Tuesday nights.

Players of all skill, ages and fitness levels are welcome. The intensity of the session is dictated by the skill and experience of the group of players that show up.
