Sunday, June 9 & Monday, June 10, 2024

Highland Rugby Club looks forward to hosting you in Fergus on June 9th & 10th.

Receipts will be issued at the tournament for all teams provided the registration cheque is submitted at the tournament desk or has been received in the mail.

Schedule Details:

1. There is a 3 game guarantee provided there is an even 4 teams in a pool
2. More information will be provided as registration commences.

3. Warm Ups - 2 minutes on the field only - games need to start within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Pre-game warm-ups should take place in other field areas prior to games.

4. Assistance will be required for lines so please have someone designated from your team for each game.

6. Jerseys - if you have a colour conflict don't wait for the referee to tell you to change your jersey please be proactive - not all teams have a 2nd set of jerseys.

Game Sheets and Character Awards

1. Coach or Manager must stop by the tournament table to fill out the game sheet at least 15 minutes prior to the game. If you are keeping the same roster for each game we can take care of reproducing them for the next game but they will have to be checked.

2. Each team will be asked for one player from their team to be nominated for their team’s Character Award.

Trainers

Trainers will be available to teams throughout the day – there will be a tent set up where they will be located.

Lunch

There will be a concession stand serving lunch and snacks - Prices will be reasonable please tell your players to bring cash.

Drinks and snack food will also be available.

Parking

1. Buses should be able to find parking at the baseball diamond to the east of the park.

2. Spectators need to obey parking signs on the street and in the sub divisions.

Club House - will not be available but Changerooms will

1. Will be available to teams – do not leave bags in the change rooms

2. Water is potable and you can fill water bottles in the changerooms.
