Hi Everyone,

Here are your schedules and details for our Fergus Borders Sevens Tournament on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Games begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be done by 5:30 p.m. Some schedules finish earlier.

The top 3 teams from each division move on to the Provincials so we will be keeping track of scores. In the event of a tie we will look at head to head first and if that doesn't resolve the tie we will look at "least points against from all pool games for the teams tied".

Note that each division will have a group photo on the bleachers throughout the day. It only takes a few minutes to do so make note of your time and be ready thanks.

Details:
1. Parking - very limited at the field; carpool where possible; obey parking signs in residential areas; DO NOT park on grass areas around the field. We have a rental in the clubhouse and they will have priority parking.
2. Speed Cameras in Centre Wellington - look them up so you know where they are.
3. Water Bottle Filling Station - located in the main clubhouse changeroom area. Porta Potties will also be available on the side of the fields.
5. BBQ and Concession for $ reasonable prices will be located outside of our changeroom area to avoid conflicting with our rental.
6. First Aid Station - located centre field - trainers will be available throughout the day to assist players. IF you have known taping needs bring your own tape.

Things to know for games:
1. All teams have a minimum of 3 games.
2. Coaches must check in at least 45 minutes prior to your first game at centre field Highland Rugby Table.
3. Coaches need to have teams ready to play 10 minutes before scheduled time. Please check in with Field Convenors as they need to know you are ready.
4. Rules - regular sevens rules will be followed - questions can be directed to the head referee.
5. Spectators - should set themselves up across from your team and back from the sidelines (at least 2 metres).
6. Warm Ups - off field in open areas.
