Welcome to another great season of U9 non-contact flag-rugby. This development team is a great place for our young players to start. Enthusiasm and enjoyment are the order of the day. The environment we aim to foster is one of fun for the child with a focus on physical fitness, ball handling, communication and team work along with many other fundamental rugby skills upon which to build on.
NEW PLAYERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

Training sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Victoria Park in Fergus, starting at 6pm.
We will practice rain or shine (with the exception of local thunder and lightening at the time of practice). Be sure to have your child come wearing appropriate practice wear including running shoes, preferably with plastic cleats. As we are always, moving and the summer days can be hot, also ensure to bring a water bottle for you child. Lastly, parent involvement is also encouraged at practices; a great chance to laugh, sweat and smile with your child and learn a little something about the game.
In addition to our regular Tuesday and Thursday practices and team scrimmages, there are a number of half-day, weekend tournaments throughout the spring and summer. These are fun filled events where the players get experience playing a number of matches throughout the morning. In addition to honing their rugby skills, it is also a great opportunity to foster new friendships.
If you are a new player, or a seasoned veteran, we are looking forward to seeing you out on the pitch.
